This visitor centre is built on the site of the ruins of the Roman city of Baelo Claudia. The building is divided into two areas: a public space with permanent and temporary spaces, and the internal areas, with rooms for conservation and development.
The white façade is constructed in concrete which blends in with the local vernacular of Andalucia.
